Wix and Mix Candles & Creations LLC strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences or natural variations in handmade products.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are accepted through our website via secure payment processing.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, incorrect, or violate these Terms & Conditions.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade/specialty nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (Exceptions will be considered in extreme circumstances)

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos to receive assistance.

  • Exchanges will be provided at our discretion for verified issues.

  • Used, altered, or improperly stored items are not eligible for replacement.​

 
5. Candle Safety and Use

  • All products are intended for external use only.

  • Customers are responsible for following candle safety guidelines.

  • Wix and Mix Candles & Creations LLC is not liable for injuries, property damage, or accidents resulting from improper use of our products.
